• Orders $0–$49.99: shipping rate of $50
• Orders $50–$149.99: shipping rate of $45
• Orders $150–$299.99: shipping rate of $40
• Orders $300 and over: shipping rate of $0

ALASKA and HAWAII
• Express delivery — shipping rate of $80

PUERTO RICO
• Express delivery — shipping rate of $120

NEW YORK CITY — LOCAL COURIER DELIVERY
• Available within the five boroughs of New York City only (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island)
• Delivered by our own courier — same-day delivery within 6 hours if the order is placed before 1pm
• Shipping rate of $35
