How much caviar does each guest get?
A full ounce — 28 to 30 grams — per guest. Most caterers serve a 4–6 gram dab; we build the whole experience around real portions of caviar.
What areas do you serve?
All five boroughs and the New York metro area. For larger events we travel further on request.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better for your date. A carved ice caviar bar is made to order — please book it at least 7 days ahead.
What’s included in a package?
