Rougie Mousse of Duck Foie Gras 11.28oz

Enjoy this delicious mousse from Rougié that is made of duck livers, duck fat with Armagnac and Port wine. Feel free to add ground pepper to taste or a confit of onions, fig jam or balsamic glaze. Serve chilled. Serve over French bread or brioche and enjoy the rich texture and taste.
